The Walter mutilations - 1908
This was the first case of murders in the 20th century, The culprit was mutilating and torturing people on 21st Watler Street which is why it's called the Walter mutilations. Not much apart from that, but I warn you that this will become standard from now on.
Ernest Nutherman
-1920
Ernest Nutherman is one of the only killers that we know the full name of. Around the beginning of the Roaring 20s and at the end of World War 1, Nutherman seemed to have just gone insane and murdered his whole family in an outrage. He was sent to a mental asylum shortly after according to an old newspaper.
"Peter"
-1932
"Peter" was seemingly a student who attended Arkham University in 1932. That was until he was found dead with 14 other students all lodged in the same room, specifically in the corner. Upon close examination, all of the students were revealed to have had identical injuries and wounds, including Peter himself, who was on the top of the pile of bodies, dead. The cause of this strange occurrence is still unknown, but I believe Peter was the one to have caused the damage.
Officer Juner
-1944
This is probably the one that goes out of the cycle a little too much, but It's the only one that fits in enough. In WW2, Officer juner was on the front lines of D-day when he suddenly stripped down, stood in the middle of the battlefield and gouged his eyes out with his own hands, He reportedly began to scream out "Jesus wept" maniacally whilst laughing before dying from the wounds and infections.
Harold Armitage
-1956
Seemingly in the late 1950s, The fear of communism hit people badly, especially somebody like Harold Armatage who murdered 15 people under suspicion that they were communists, not because they were mind you, just suspected. This all ended by Halloween that year when he was found with his face skinned off, lately we've found out that he wasn't the one to do that. The search for the one who did skin his face is still underway over 45 years later
Lionel
-1968
Probably one of the more disturbing stories of the bunch. Lionel used to be part of a catholic orphanage until he found a job as an extra bodyguard for the mafia in New York, once he came back to the orphanage for a visit however, the caregivers began to start acting violently against all the children, he began to fight the caregivers which resulted in most of them getting murdered, right in front of the kids too. "Scarred those children for life" is what my sources say.
Father Jakub
-1980
Father Jakub as you can suspect was a priest. Around this time a cult began to form worshipping a god known as the "God of a thousand forms". This cult sacrificed Father Jakub's child to this entity, which resulted in him taking revenge on the cult by getting a "12 gauge Jesus stick" and blasting the compound to smithereens. This event would also lead him to find a booklet which made him quickly shoot himself in the head.
Keshin
-1992
This is the most recent case today, in 1992, this was when the famous events of the "postal killer" took place. This is one of the very few times as well when there have been survivors, and seeing how that was 12 years ago now, the survivors are still alive to this day. The final murder was of himself, he gouged out his eyes and nailed himself in a crucifixion. the last thing in his notebook was the phrase "Jesus wept", the same phrase said by officer juner in 1944
